Dear Step Up participant:
Congratulations! You are one of nearly 4,000 registrants from 224 communities in this year’s Step Up for Mental Health virtual run/walk and you’ve already made a difference for mental health. That’s because 100% of your registration fee, plus a matching amount from Cameco, supports mental health programs and projects in Saskatchewan. You've helped raise more than $350,000!
Now it’s your moment! Complete your 5K or 10K distance between Oct. 7-12 and submit your results per the instructions below and we’ll mail you a Step Up medal.
- Go to the Step Up results page between Oct. 7-12
- Click the Submit a virtual result button.
- To submit a virtual result, you must confirm registration. Enter your last name and confirmation number or simply sign in to your Race Roster account. Where do I find my confirmation number? It's on your original registration receipt and it's also listed next to the event when you sign in to Race Roster.
- Once your registration is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to enter your results and the results of anyone else included in your initial registration. You can come back later to post additional results, if necessary.
That’s it. If you have any problems, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
CERTIFICATES AND MEDALS
After results posting closes on Oct. 12, you’ll be able to download a finisher’s certificate to print or share on social media.
Plus, all registered participants who submit their results between Oct. 7-12 will receive their medals in the mail. Please note, you must submit your result during the designated window to earn your medal.
We’d love to see your smiling faces on social media! Tag us with #stepupsk when you add your images to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
You can also upload your photos to the event gallery.
Tag the people in the photo and the image will appear on their results pages, provided that the names exactly match the names in our registration database.
MAPS FOR 5K AND 10K
Looking for a route to complete your Step Up run/walk in Saskatoon? We’ve compiled a few courses in different areas of the city. The routes were plotted on Google Maps so you can easily access them through your phone while you run or walk.
Feel free to adapt them as you wish. These are simply suggestions. You can create your own route anywhere in the world as long as you complete your 5K or 10K distance between Oct. 7-12.
Additional updates will be posted on Cameco’s social media channels and this website as required. Please direct any questions to email@example.com.
Thanks for supporting Step Up!
